Netflix has released the Official Trailer for “The Week Of”, an upcoming American dramedy (drama and comedy), directed by Robert Smigel, and co-written by Adam Sandler. The movie reunites Sandler with buddy Chris Rock.
This lead-up to marital bliss and is looking more and more like a countdown to a daddy throwdown, with the two veteran comedians playing the dads of the bride and groom. The parents of a soon-to-be-married couple make the final preparations for the wedding ceremony. Feel the same tension rising when you watch the full trailer.
‘The Week Of’, tells the story of a devoted, middle-class father (Adam Sandler) determined to pay for his daughter’s wedding despite the inciting the wealthier father of the groom (Chris Rock). A series of calamities forces the dads (and their families) to come together and endure the longest week of their lives.
The movie looks humorous and a better picked one. It looks particularly funny and heartwarming. It’s basically just a bunch of sitcom set-ups with Sandler phoning it in. It’s a great deal for everyone involved. The Week Of will arrive on Netflix on April 27, 2018. The day awaits you with the inquisitiveness to unveil the countdown to a daddy’s performance!
