ASUS at IFA 2018 announced 7 New UltraCompact Notebooks.

While there is still a day at the official start of IFA 2018 but the pre- IFA 2018 announcements are already taking over the news and we have already seen that many companies have launched different products. The latest news is the about ASUS compact notebooks. The company announced seven new models: the ZenBook Flip 13 and ZenBook Flip 15 and the traditional ZenBook S, ZenBook 13, ZenBook 14, ZenBook 15 and ZenBook Pro 14.

ZenBook Pro 14

The main highlight among the new notebooks is the ZenBook Pro 14 which comes with a 14-inch NanoEdge Full HD screen and features ScreenPad, a small secondary touchscreen in place of the traditional touchpad. The machine is powered by the also Intel Core i7 eighth-generation processor coupled with the GeForce GTX 1050 graphic card, and support for virtual assistants Cortana and Alexa.ZenBook Pro 14

ZenBook Flip 13/15

The new ZenBook Flip 13 and ZenBook Flip 15 comes with 13.3 inches and 15.6 inches displays respectively, the devices bring a screen ratio of 90% compared to the body of the device and can turn 360 Degree.


The notebooks will leave the factory with the eighth-generation Intel Core i7 CPUs and the larger model still features a GTX 1050 graphics card. Both are equipped with an advanced camera and feature mixed-real-world applications, blending real-world virtual and augmented reality from the screen.

ZenBook Flip 13/15

ZenBook 13/14/15

The new ZenBook 13, ZenBook 14 and ZenBook 15 are powered by the Intel Core i7 eighth generation and the graphics are handled by the GTX 1050 video card. Its main highlight of the device is the incredible use of a 95% screen compared to the body of the device. The keyboard has backlighting and the result is a beautiful high-end product.

ZenBook S

Last but not the least, the latest notebook announced by ASUS is the ZenBook S. The company focused on battery life and claims a whopping 20 hours of usage time. The machine is equipped with an eighth generation Intel Core i7 processor and a compact 13.3-inch display. The idea of ASUS is to offer a new option for those looking for a small, well-performing laptop.
