Andy Rubin known as the founder of the Android launched a smartphone brand last year (2017) called Essential with the first smartphone – the Essential phone P1, the smartphone was one of the first phones to feature tiny notch on the top of the display to house the front camera but the smartphone was not a huge success. The company though delivered regular updates for the smartphone. Now the Essential has mentioned the there all phones have been sold out and the Essential phone P1 will be discounted and they are working on a new product.
The company didn’t clearly mention that they are working on a new smartphone or the Essential Phone 2. The statement was captioned by “Mobile Product”. So it might be a different product like a tiny phone with AI and some basic features as it in news for the last couple of weeks.
Statement by Essential representative – “We are sold out of Essential Phone” on essential.com and won’t be adding any new inventory. We are now hard at work on our next mobile product and will continue to sell accessories and provide speedy software updates and customer support to our existing community.”
So what do you think about the Essential phone 2? Should the company make it or not? However, as company labeled it as “Mobile Product” so let’s see what it comes out to be.
