Marvel Studios is set to release a slate of originals for the Disney Plus streaming platform. Today, Walt Disney Studios has revealed the official logo for the Falcon & Winter Soldier which will launch on Disney+. The series is expected to cast Anthony Mackie as Falcon and Sebastian Stan as the Winter Soldier.
Marvel Studios chief Kevin Feige has stated that the series will be made at the same level of quality as one would expect from Marvel Studios.
The logo of the Falcon & Winter Soldier appeared during the preview of Disney+ App, and the app will have a tab for all upcoming shows, where fans can see all the forthcoming projects even before its official announcement.
The logo of the upcoming series features Falcon’s wings and Winter Soldier’s red star, so the series is expected to revolve around the two closet comrades to Captain America.
After Avengers Endgame, Captain America (Chirs Evans) is going to leave Marvel Cinematic Universe for a while.
During the screening of Avengers Infinity War, Joe and Anthony Russo confirmed that they are not working on any series or superhero films after Avengers Endgame.
They also hinted that they would only return to direct any other Marvel Cinematic Universe movie if there will be any classic crossover.
Alongside this series, two more Marvel Series has been announced for Disney+ which includes WandaVision and a series based on Loki played by Tom Hiddleston.
