Niantic has announced another raid event for the Pokemon Go game. Giratina is back again as the raid boss, reemerging from the Distortion World to renew and transform.

The event will start from March 28, where Altered Forme Giratina will be available for raids until April 2. After that trainers will then be tested against the Origin Forme Giratina in raids starting on April 2 and ending on April 29th, 2019.

Giratina (Altered Forme): Thursday, Mar. 28, 2019, at 1 p.m. PDT (GMT −7) to Tuesday, Apr. 2, 2019, at 1 p.m. PDT (GMT −7)

Giratina (Origin Forme): Tuesday, Apr. 2, 2019, at 1 p.m. PDT (GMT −7) to Monday, Apr. 29, 2019, at 1 p.m. PDT (GMT −7)

Giratina is a Dragon & Ghost type Pokemon which will be weakest against Dragon & Fairy types. The CP of Giratina Raid boss for both Altered Forme and Origin Forme has been mentioned below.

Giratina Altered Forme ( Raid Boss CP) – 38326

Giratina Origin Forme ( Raid Boss CP) – 41776

Most of the stats of both these Pokemon are equal. Giratina Origin is a more offensive type and has higher attacking power while Giratina (Altered) is on the defensive side.
