Gringo Trailer: David Oyelowo Gets Himself Trapped for Weed Pill

Charlize Theron and Joel Edgerton Bring NSFW Humor to Gringo Trailer

Amazon Studios has unveiled the red band trailer of ‘Gringo’ which is the dark comedy movie. Starring Charlize Theron, Joel Edgerton, and David Oyelowo in the leading roles. The film directed by Nash Edgerton and written by Anthony Tambakis, Matthew Stone.

The story revolves around an ordinary businessman named Harold portrayed by David Oyelowo. He is facing crushing debt and is asked by his bosses Charlize Theron and Joel Edgerton to hand-deliver a newly developed weed pill in Mexico. The job looked easy however he soon finds himself trapped among the business partners, Mexican drug lords, mercenaries, and the DEA. The story seems interesting and will surely make a fun watch.

The trailer for the movie is quite refreshing as you first time see David Oylowo doing comedy. He is mostly seen in the drama-oriented roles however this time he will steal the show. Charlize Theron and Joel Edgerton as co-stars bring more humor to the screen and just lit up the whole trailer. Also, I would especially like to mention Sharlto Copley whose character is yet unknown. I quite ascertain that he will just add more flavor to the story. The Gringo opens in theaters on March 9, 2018.
