Honor 7S launched in India at Rs.6,999 with 18:9 Display
Honor owned by Huawei has launched a budget smartphone in India to take on the Xiaomi which is the king when it comes providing decent specs at rock bottom prices. The Honor has launched smartphones dubbed Honor 7S which priced at Rs.6,999.
Honor 7S specifications :
The smartphone features a 5.45-inch display with a modern 18:9 aspect ratio means there is no notch on the top of the display. The phone leaves the factory with Android 8.1 Oreo. In terms of hardware, the smartphone is housed by the quad-core MediaTek MT6739 processor paired with 2GB of RAM and have 16GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB via a dedicated MicroSD Card slot.
In terms of optics, the phone stacks a single 13 Megapixel rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and PDAF with an LED flash. On the front, for selfies. there is a 5 Megapixel camera with same f/2.2 aperture and have a LED Flash too for better low light selfies.
As far as the connectivity is concerned it includes 4G LTE, single-band Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n with Wi-Fi Direct, Bluetooth v4.2 LE, GPS/ A-GPS, Micro-USB, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. It has all the major sensors that we can accept from a budget phone namely, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and proximity sensor. The smartphone doesn’t have a fingerprint sensor but comes with face unlock to unlock the device. Under the hood, the phone is fueled by a 3,020 mAh battery.
The price of the Honor 7S as already mention is Rs. 6,999. The smartphone comes in three different colours namely, Black, Blue and Gold and the phone will be available exclusively on Flipkart and the first sale will be conducted at 12 pm on 14 September.
