Step 1: First of all open the messenger and after logging in with ID for which you want to check the logged calls tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the display of your phone.
Step 2: Scroll down to find the option “people”. Tap and open it. Now If you allowed Facebook to access your calls and texts, you will find those settings here under “Continuous Call and SMS Matching.” If you don’t see these settings, then you are on the safer side, Messenger is not logging your data.
Step 3: If you see “Continuous Call and SMS Matching.” then to disable it simply tap on it. And just select “Off” on all the prompts you see. After that Messenger won’t be accessing and logging your calls and texts.
