Huawei MateBook X Pro launches with utlra slim bezels at MWC 2018

Previous year Huawei has launched Huawei Matebook X and has received a good response and feedback from the customers. Encouraging from the good response, the company has launched Matebook X Pro 2018 at MWC 2018. The company has presented it’s two models having ultra-slim bezels in the sizes of 13.9″ and 13″

The Huawei Matebook X Pro model of 2018 has been powered by the Intel 8th Generation processors based on the Kaby Lake Fresh architecture. The new generation of the processor will feature four cores for hyper-threading with a minimal increase in the power use. With it’s Pro series the company has launched Core i5-8250U(dual-core) and Core i7-8550U(quad-core) models.

Huawei Matebook X Pro (2018)-Core i5 Without MX 150

The Core i5 model has the base frequency of 1.6 GHz and the turbo frequency of 3.6 GHz. The i5 model is powered by the Intel HD 630 graphics with a brightness level of 450 nits and contrast ratio of 1500:1. The device is supported by the 8GB LPDDR3 ram and 256 GB NVMe storage. The i5 model has been priced at 1499 Euro.

The upper-end model has been powered by the Intel Core i7 with the base frequency of 1.8 GHz and the turbo frequency of 4.0 GHz. It is powered by NVIDIA MX150 graphics with 2GB of display ram on GDDR5 technology. It also offers the same levels of brightness up to 450 nits and contrast ratio of 1500:1. It is supported by 16 GB of LPDDR3 ram and 512 GB NVMe storage. The i7 model of Matebook X Pro has been priced at 1899 Euro

Huawei MateBook X Pro

It’s 13.9 inch LTPS/IPS display having a display resolution of 3000 x 2000 and nearly full-screen display to frame size ratio and has 178-degree viewing angles. It has a full 10 point touch screen which makes the laptop more interactive from the point of usability. The device features Intelligent Cooling System which has been named as “shark fin” design cooling system introduced by Huawei. The laptops also have excellent sound quality as they have been given Dolby Sound Audio. Well, one of the most considerable features, these days is a battery, the company is claiming the device has a battery which can support 12 hours of video playback and 15 hours of web browsing. Talking more of its astonishing features, it has a full-size backlight keyboard which is spill proof

You might think while having a full screen to frame ratio laptop, where is the camera of Matebook X Pro located?? Well, it is located beneath the F5 key which pops up as per your need. The laptop will also get Huawei new software tool for sharing photographs in-between the laptop and Android. This task can be eased up with the use of Huawei Share software which has the capacity to transfer 1000 pics from Android to a laptop in just 3 minutes or you can roughly say 1 GB of video in 1 minute. As the laptops will be running on Windows 10, it will have Cortana support and translation feature will also work offline

Huawei MateBook X Pro seems much more powerful than it’s competitors Thinkpad X1 Carbon, Dell XPS 13, HP Spectre 13 and Lenovo Yoga series
