The era of digitalization has given boom to the India’s gaming industry. The Indian gaming industry is still in the development phase, but we can fairly see there is a progression in the activities as more companies are growing up in this sector year by year.

To expedite the growth and development of this sector, Confederation of Indian Industry ( CII) is organizing the Indian Gaming Show South (2018). Last year, the event took place in the capital of India at New Delhi, Pragati maidan and was a huge success. It gathered massive response from Indian gaming & animation companies. Apart from growth of this sector, this event also supports the initiatives such as Skill India & Make in India. The growth of this sector will also create the opportunities for employment for people, hence contributing to the nation.

The Indian Gaming Show South 2018 which is an International Gaming, Animation and infotainment Exhibhition and Conference, it will take place at Bangalore International Exhibhition Centre, Bengluru from 19-21st January 2018. The event will cover various aspects related to the Indian Gaming Industry where many animation and gaming companies from India and Japan are showcasing their games and technology. Majorily, three activites will take place at IGS South 2018 which includes games dispaly and competition, Cosplay competition and conference to discuss the sustainablity and the future of gaming in India

Venue : Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre

The entry to the exhibition center will close at 5.30 pm, after this time no further entrants will be allowed. The entry for general visitors is free.

Many major gaming, animation and hardware companies will have their booth in the exhibition pavillion from the Japan and India. The major exbhibitors which are taking part Allora ,Dell , E-Xpress ,Gigabyte ,Hyper X India , Indian Noob , Japan India Industry Promotion Association , Konami ,Nodwin Gaming ,Playizzon ,Sega Games,Sony India ,Sumo India ,Tarus Coin and Ubisoft.

By Metro : The venue Biec is 2 Km away from the last stop Nagasandra, of Green Line of Bangalore Metro

By Air : You need to arrive at Bangalore Kempegowda International Airport and take respective shuttle buses or Taxi from the airport to the Bengaluru International Exhibition Centre
