Finally, after a lot of teasers and leaks, the Italian luxury sports car manufacturer, Lamborghini officially unveiled the new Lamborghini Aventador SVJ, and the company also introduced a higher variant called Lamborghini Aventador SVJ 63. With these new entries in the luxury sports car range, Lamborghini has introduced a new refreshed design and upgraded the speed to an all new level.
As said above the design has been changed in the new Lamborghini Aventador SVJ. And major improvement has been done to the chassis, talking about the changes technically, changes have been done to the anti-roll bars, firmer magnetic dampers have been introduced and rear-wheel steering system has been reworked for better performance. Also, there are newly designed intake runners with titanium intake valves, also all-new intake ducts for the cylinder heads, and a lightweight exhaust system which supports the overall lightweight of this supercar.
The newly Lamborghini Aventador SVJ is powered by a 6.5-litre V12 motor which puts out 770 PS and 720 Nm. Improvement has been done to seven-speed auto, to handle quicker shifts. The powerful engine of the new Lamborghini Aventador SVJ takes it from 0 to 100 kmph in just 2.8 seconds and onto a top speed of 350 kmph. To achieve this super swift pace, one needs not only a roaring engine but also a lightweight chassis, and Lamborghini Aventador SVJ comes with the carbon fibre monocoque form factor. This lightweight but strong material build makes the supercar weighing 1525 kgs only and played an important role in achieving high speed. With the combination of new improved design and engine, the Lamborghini Aventador SVJ beat the record held by the Porsche 911 GT2 RS and completed the whole track in 6:44:97 seconds, making a difference of two seconds.
Aventador SVJ 63 is also revealed at the event, which is the limited edition of the Aventador SVJ. SVJ 63 has been introduced to commemorate Lamborghini’s founding year, that is, 1963. The special edition comes with a more carbon-fibre build and with a unique paint scheme. The production run for both the versions of new Aventador will be limited to 900 units combined, where only 63 units of Aventador SVJ 63 will be manufactured.
