Lenovo launches five Android Go Edition tablets, starting at $70

The Chinese manufacturer has unveiled five new tablets which are quite affordable and three out of them are based on the Andriod Go edition. In terms of features, the tablets are not so impressive, but we can’t accept more at that price range. Let’s have a look on specifications of each one.

Lenovo Tab E7

The Lenovo Tab E7 is made up of Polycarbonate body and features a 7-inch display with a resolution of 700 x 600 Pixels. The table will be running on the Google’s Andriod Go platform. It is housed by a MediaTek MT8167 processor (4 x Cortex A35 cores) coupled with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.

In terms of camera, the tablet comes with a 2Mp rear sensor and a VGA front camera, which we think is just for the sake of marketing. The device is fueled by a 2750 mAh battery which should be adequate to offer 5 Hours of video playback time as per the company says.

The Lenovo Tab E7 costs $69.9 and will be available in October exclusively via Walmart.

Lenovo Tab E8

The Lenovo Tab E8 is equipped with a 7-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 Pixels. The table will be running on the Google’s Andriod Go and the version is Nougat, not Oreo. It is housed by an MT8163B quad-core chipset with an ARM Mali-T720 GPU coupled with 1GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage which can be expanded via MicroSD card slot.

In terms of camera, the tablet comes with a 5Mp rear sensor and a 2Mp front camera. The device is fueled by a 4850 mAh battery which should offer 10 Hours of video playback time as per the company says.

The Lenovo Tab E8 costs $99 and will be available via Walmart from today itself.

Lenovo Tab E10

The Lenovo Tab E10  runs Android Oreo (Go Edition) and sport a 10-inch display with a resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels. It housed by the Snapdragon 210 processor, which is quite old as it was announced four years back. The tablet comes with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage.

In terms of optics, It has the same 5MP back camera and a 2MP front-facing camera like the above E8. The Lenovo Tab E10 is powered by a 4850mAh battery. One thing to note is that it features stereo front-facing speakers with Dolby Atmos.

The Lenovo Tab E10 costs around $130 and will go sale via Walmart in October.

Lenovo Tab M10

The Tab M10 runs on Android oreo ( the regular full version, not the Android Go) and comes with a 10.1-inch Full HD display with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels. It is housed by the Snapdragon 450 processor paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of storage.

Like the Lenovo Tab E10, it also features 5Mp rear camera and a 2Mp front camera and comes with the same stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos and is also fueled by same 4850mAh battery.

The price of Lenovo Tab M10 is not announced by the company yet.

Lenovo Tab P10

The last tablet the Lenovo Tab P10 runs Android Oreo and comes with narrow bezels with a 10.1-inch display with a resolution of 1920 x 1200 pixels. The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 450 with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage.

Lenovo-Tab-P10

The Lenovo P10 sport an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP camera, on the front. The device comes with dual stereo speakers and also features a fingerprint sensor. The device packs a larger 7,000 mAh battery and surprisingly weighs less than M10.

The price of Lenovo Tab P10 is also not yet announced.
