LOL League Of Legends Patch 9.3 Release Date, Balance Changes To Vi, Camille, and Irelia

League Of Legends Patch 9.3 has arrived on the PBE as the ranked season of 2019 is officially underway. In comparison to patch 9.2 notes, League Of Legends Patch 9.3 notes seems smaller and primarily focused on the balance changes.

If we talk about the balance changes that Riot made via LOL patch 9.3, a small nerf has been made to Camile while a healthy buff is given to Irelia. Vi has received the biggest changes in patch 9.3 particularly to its passive. It has received a new synergy with Denting Blows to rip off the enemies.

Currently, there is no skin displayed in the PBE which is quite surprising. Riot has never released a patch without a couple of cosmetics. Maybe they will show up in the PBE very soon.
