About one month is remaining for the release of the upcoming metal gear game ” Metal Gear Survive”. It is the first game after the departure of Hideo Kojima.

Main Detail coming from the preview of the game is that it requires a constant internet connection during the gameplay also in single-player like Destiny, Tom Clancy’s The Division and other online survival games. Konami said that game need constant internet to have “seamless” experience as players move between single-player and multiplayer or co-op.

Another detail about the game that it will have a microtransaction store where players can purchase currency. Coins will available to purchase with real money.

Konami’s brand manager Jennifer Tsang told Gamespot that the game’s campaign length is about 15-20 hours. Konami also confirmed that Metal Gear Survive’beta will begin on 18 January (Today) and end on January 22.

The game takes place between the Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes and Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain. The soldiers get transferred to an alternate reality along with the remains of Mother Base. Their mission is to find the world full of hostile, crystalline zombie-like entities known as “creatures” with the goal to find materials and do anything they can to go back to their own world. Players have to survive in the barren land by setup a camp, finding food, water, and weapons-making materials.
Metal Gear Survive will release on 20 February 2018 for PS4, Xbox One and PC.
