With the Apple’s iPhone X, a whole new era in design prospect of other Android smartphone manufacturing companies also began. Budget oriented companies like Huawei, Oppo, Vivo, OnePlus are already seen using the top “notch” like design on their near bezel-less display like in iPhone X. Following the trend, Lenovo is currently working on its Motorola brand to strike market with its new smartphone titled – Motorola One Power.

This smartphone is having an obvious iPhone X inspired design and as its name suggests, will be running on Android One. Android one is Google’s branding for phones that run on “pure” version of Android with no bloat wares and regular system updates.  The screen design and its dual camera suggest that the device is going to be for mid/upper mid-tier segment.  It can also be seen that the time segment has been moved to left, like in Android P.

One major change you might have noticed in this new phone is that Lenovo did not decide to use its older “Moto” branding in name; instead, they opted to go for classic Motorola. Speaking of changes, the new Motorola phone is having change from its older circular camera design to a vertical orientation of dual camera setup with flash in middle. The phone will be having FHD+ display with 18:9 aspect ratio and narrow bezels. Interestingly, the fingerprint scanner on this device is going to be featured on the “M” logo in its rear side. Also, this device will probably be having USB Type C port for data connectivity and charging.

We cannot get more details on specifications since there is no clue as to when the device will hit the market, especially because the launch of new Moto Z3 is right around the corner. Moto Z3 is the prime suspect to be unveiled on their event going to be held in Brazil on June 6, though they haven’t mentioned the devices to be launched.
