Swara Bhaskar turns seductress!

Swara Bhaskar is gearing up for her second digital show titled Rasbhari. The first web show that she did was It’s Not That Simple. Her act in the show was praiseworthy, and it also achieved thumping success. While many celebrities are moving towards the digital platform, Swara will be one of the first few to have two web shows of her own in two years. Swara Bhaskar is one of the many breakthrough actors in a couple of years. She has given us incredible performances in films like Nil Battey Sannatey and Anarkali of Aarah.

While many celebrities are jumping on to the prevailing digital taste these days, With this, Swara will be two series old when it comes to web series span of two years. She has previously done a relationship-based web series. The previous show has portrayed a woman’s take on extramarital affairs. Swara played Meera, a woman who went on to live life on her terms. Swara is currently juggling two projects, one being Rasbhari and the other Veere Di Wedding alongside Kareena Kapoor Khan and Sonam Kapoor.

The new show that the actress has signed for is titled Rasbhari. Reveals a source; “Swara plays a seductress in this mystery thriller. It’s a full-on desi story with several twists and turns.” The actress is currently busy wrapping up her shoot for the show. “As of now, it has ten episodes, whether it will be turned in a series or not, is yet to be decided.” The actress was approached by an international online streaming platform, which has bankrolled the project. Earlier in an interview to IANS, Swara talked about the film and said, “I think this entire team is completely invested in the craft and the characters that they are playing. There is a great story, and we want to make every attempt to ensure that people like it. Sometimes it is all right not to have any controversies! I am thrilled to be a part of this project.”
Veere Di Wedding is co-produced by Anil Kapoor Productions and Balaji Motion Pictures. It is slated to release on 1 June.
