The process to enable developer options on Vivo V9 is quite simple, you just have to dive into the settings and after tapping on a few things you will be able to turn on and use the developer options.

open the settings of your phone by tapping on the gear(setting) icon present on the control center or directly tap on the settings app from the app drawer.
