Xiaomi has captured a major chunk of the smartphone market in the oriental world but is yet to become a popular name in the West. To change that, Xiaomi has launched 5 products in the US for the upcoming holiday season.
- Mi Robot:
This is essentially a $139 robot-building kit with 978 parts that lets you build up robots in 3 different styles. Enthusiasts can even program and control the robot using a companion app.
- Mi Sphere Camera:
The $299.99 action-cam records up to 3.5K videos and 360° panoramas with its 23.88MP sensor. IP67-certified for dust and water resistance, it features six-axis stabilization and can shoot video in two modes – 2304 x 1152p at 60 fps and 3456 x 1728p at 30 fps.
- Xiaomi Earphones and Headphones:
The $25 earphones project high-quality sound using a 20-step metal chamber and are tuned by Grammy winner, Luca Bignardi. They also feature a MEMS microphone to reduce surrounding noise. The pair of headphones, on the other hand, costs $130 and utilizes a passive radiator for indulging Hi-Fi audio and powerful bass.
- Power Bank Pro:
The USB-C portable charger is rated at 10,000 mAh and features fast-charging at 18W. Its extremely thin design makes it ultra-portable.
