According to the image shared by Xiaomi on its Weibo account, the new Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 is coming with AI Face Recognition.
Xiaomi officially informed that the Mi Pad 4 will only have an AI-powered Facial Recognition only, which rely on a 5 MP camera, there is no fingerprint sensor. It’s true, that AI has many capabilities, but a lot of improvement needs to be done with this tech. AI Facial Recognition is fast and works well, but has limitations too. And from the information teased by the Xiaomi, there are no traces of an advanced system which includes an IR camera and Dot projector.

Talking about the leaked specifications of the upcoming Mi Pad 4 will be powered by Snapdragon 660 chipset and an octa-core chipset, which will deliver a clocking speed of up to 2.2 GHz.
